What Do You Mean By “Cut-Off Time”?

All delivery arrangements must be done before 11:00 AM (cut off time) except Satuday. Bookings made after the cut off time will be scheduled for the next business day.

What Is Your Pick Up And Delivery Schedule?

Collection & Delivery Schedule:

Monday to Friday – 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Saturday – 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon.

Special Deliveries
*Night, Sundays and PH deliveries are available and subject to a prior arrangement.

What Are Your Operating Hours?

Is There A Minimum Number Of Deliveries Required To Open A Corporate Account.

Yes. At least 15 deliveries per month. Else, you may opt to pay by COD or PayNow.

What Are The Payment Options Available?

COD or PayNow
Corporate Accounts: Cheque, Giro/Bank Transfer, PayNow, Cash

What If I Had Something Shipped But The Recipient Does Not Live There Anymore, Do I Get A Refund?

No. We do not refund for incorrect delivery addresses.
